About Me:
I am wife and IVF success mom of 2, a doctor of physical therapy, a neuro clinical specialist, certified yoga teacher, certified pre and postnatal coach, EFT practitioner and life coach which makes me your go to postpartum wellness coach. Time to feel strong and confident, not only in your body but who you are becoming.
I have a deep love for yoga and running, both of which allow me the time and space to connect to myself and my body on a deeper level. I struggled with infertility for four years before finally having success on the mom front and when I did my world shifted. I took a long career pause where I had to reclaim my identity outside of work. Although it was a difficult decision, for me it was the right one. I am now dedicated to helping other new moms embrace the messiness of motherhood, honor where they are at and commit to healing so they can revolutionize their postpartum journey.
